All items will be shipped via either United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service depending on delivery location. Cost of shipping via UPS Ground service is $4.95 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item thereafter. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

If
you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return merchandise to
Yu-Be.com for a refund within 30 days of receipt if in new, unused
condition. You must call 310.737.1150 or email returns@yu-be.com to obtain
a return authorization number*. Please be aware that unauthorized return
shipments will be refused.
In the event of a return, you are responsible for return shipping
costs. We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return
shipment. Additionally, your original shipping costs will not be
refunded. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the
product in our warehouse. Products must be returned in new and unused
condition.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on
your credit card statement.
